Description
Germanium Granule is irregular shape made of high purity Germanium ingot. By using special hard alloy tools, crushing the Germanium ingot into small piece without combination of impurities like Fe, Ni and Cr. Santech produces Germanium piece in wide range of size from 1mm to 40mm and ensure the purity of 99.999%. Germanium Germanium is mainly used in Chemical Vapor Deposition (CVD) and Physical Vapor Deposition (PVD) processes including Thermal and Electron Beam (E-Beam) Evaporation, alloys, solder, etc.
